Well the fact that I recognized the plates as well. To think al mahara is practicing avant-garde cuisine (chef adam style) it's quite difficult honestly. Especially with all the small things you have to try to pay attention to. And the flair hahaha i think you'll find a lot of it here. (Liquid doughnut with oreo powder served with chocolate caviar). But some items, I don't know where to put, flair or incognito? Or maybe it's just something way out of this world (e.g. candied buddha hands). I remember you making those.
