Food as a whole and the idea of it is rather fascinating … why?

Some things which some find appealing may be appalling to others. This is where culture plays a big part. The DURIAN ( my all time favourite fruit ! http://www.durian.com/ ) may be heaven to a typical Singaporean whereas the Époisses de Bourgogne(one of my all time favourite cheese! http://www.frencheese.co.uk/cheeses/detail-cheeses.php?id=47) will be nauseating for him/her. And vise versa for a typical French person.

Now lets take it a step further…..

Progressive cuisine/Experimental cuisine(although this term kind of scares me)/ Molecular cuisine (stillcant stand the name) may be interesting and colorful to some seem totally wrong to others (chef and diner alike).… like some people seem really interested in what is called Modern Asian and some only perceive Asian cuisine to be only enjoyed in the respective countries.

?Why? …. This I do not know.. but what I do know is that open mindedness to everything is the fuel to take you further. Everything has a value, you need to know how and where to pick it from….intresting topic to explore further into…… keep reading for more on this…
